SecuMedia Verlag first recognised the security problems which are relevant to information processing in companies and government agencies back in 1985 with the foundation of the KES journal.

Since then <kes>, which is now known as the “Information Security Journal”, supplies background knowledge and information on trends to IT security managers every two months. Since 1993 the Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) has used the <kes> Journal as its official organ. See also www.kes.info.

In addition, in the area of publications, technical books and studies on the subject of IT security provide valuable basic information and insights into future developments. The latest BSI studies and other books on the subject of IT security can be found in our Online shop (for example: Pervasive Computing) .
